Room was clean. And the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. I slept really good the bed was great!
Room and bathroom very clean, beds actually very comfortable. No smell of smoke at all in our nonsmoking room. Check in and out process easy. Great budget stay, would stay again.
We always stay at Red Roof because it allows us to bring our dog along. The staff was very nice, i think his name was Kris, what a light! They are lucky to have such a positive kind person working the front. The women were very kind as well and accommodating they allowed us to change rooms because my dog had trouble with the stairs. The hotel is only 25 mins from Universal and way better than the one in Southpoint that is closer ( we will never be back to that one) but will always come to this location for our orlando trips. Thanks !!
Im truly grateful for this hotel to have let us stay when we needed a place to be. They have great service, great staff, very clean rooms, I couldn't be more thankful for them.
Honestly one of my best hotel stays ever, extremely friendly staff that makes you feel like family. Quick to address any concerns and very accommodating. The room was clean and had a nice modern yet comfortable design. Parking can be a concern somedays. For the price and the area it is a nice and safe little retreat.
I was very nervous because the reviews were so split down the middle on great and not so great. Our experience was GREAT!! We needed a room on a whim due to having to arrive in Orlando a day earlier than our VRBO was booked and we arrived at 3am. We needed a clean , pet friendly hotel , affordable with a late checkout due to our arrival and need of sleep. Thankfully this place had a checkout of NOON. Everything was really clean, the beds were so comfortable and super clean and starched , and it was so nice for no one to give us grief about our dog. He is so well behaved so no place should but hotels get so ridiculous over a pet sometimes. The noon checkout was so nice and the day manager gave us an extension of 30mins which was really nice after the super long drive . We will definitely be back if we ever need an arrival place to sleep in Orlando as we travel here often for my daughter’s cheer competitions.
My husband and I stayed l stay here from mid July to early October. We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone from the owner to cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. There was ample parking. The pool was amazing (and serviced about every other day from what we saw). The rooms were clean and bug FREE. It was quiet at night and for the most part during the day. The only complaint we had was the overwhelming smell of Marijuana (sometimes getting into our room) that would happen occasionally. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.
The staff were simply fantastic. The room was lovely and what you would expect from a Red Roof Inn. The location was easy to find and near lots of stuff, dining, shopping, theme parks, etc.
